BRENDAN TAMAN Director of Player Personnel & Assistant Director of Football Operations This will be Brendan's 2nd season with the BC Lions. Brendan oversees all player contracts and runs the day-to-day operations of the Scouting Department, as well as locating and recruiting all players in Canada and the USA. Brendan brings ten seasons of CFL player personnel experience to the Leos after stints with Saskatchewan and Ottawa. He spent six seasons with Saskatchewan as Assistant Director of Player Personnel after starting his career as Personnel Assistant to the Roughriders' Dan Rambo in 1987. His responsibilities included preparing the club for the Canadian College Draft and updating player personnel information. Brendan moved to Ottawa in 1989 to become Operations Manager/Football and was responsible for coordinating Training Camp, overseeing all football operations budgets and maintaining computer player personnel databases which had over 22,000 individual player profiles. After 4 seasons (89-92) with the Ottawa Rough Riders he returned to Regina to rejoin the Western Riders prior to the 1993 season.
