KANI KAUAHI Offensive Line Coach Head Coach Adam Rita announced the hiring of Kani Kauahi (Con-ee Ka-WAA-he) as offensive line coach on April 29th, 1998. Kauahi recently coached as the offensive line assistant in Mesa, Arizona. He was also the strength and conditioning coach with the Arizona Cardinals. Kani has 11 years' experience as a player in the NFL and brings to the offensive line position a wealth of knowledge and skill. His NFL playing career included offensive lineman and long snapper with Kansas City Chiefs, Arizona Cardinals, Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks. Kauahi also played at the University of Hawaii with former BC Lion, CFL offensive lineman of the year, Jim Mills.
